Jason - The guy's name is Terry Vaughan, I believe he is now in California. Unfortunately, it has been some time since I last contacted him and my address info is no good. However, he does advertise in Hemmings on occasion.

Also, if you give me the number that is cast into the back of the wheel, I will check my catalog for its application.
