What is wrong with this ad?

Wouldn't this sound like a great deal at first? Looking at the car you would think that it was a good deal. Even if you read the ad over without thinking it through it still sounds like a good deal. To the uneducated it sounds like the perfect car to invest in. Right?
Then they come here and ask for your advice. You look at the picture, nice, you quickly read the ad, very nice. Then you REALLY read the ad. What do you see?
