Rick,

I assume you're referring to Holley carb equipped 375hp Chevelles, because my Qjet equipped 325 hp 69 Chevelle has no such bracket

Thanks to everyone involved in photographing and posting the pics of these low mileage motors . I have had people questioning why the motor in my car looks so crappy (i.e., rusty and lack of paint) since the car has only 21K miles on it. These pics make it easy to see why. Everyone's memory wants to believe that the factory did show worthy paint jobs on these motors, but obviously that's not the case.
