They have a Travel agency type setup that you will be able to contact to make room reservations but I feel better doing it myself. They will post a list of the host hotels and surrounding hotels. When they post the list it is good to make the reservations early. Or you can let the travel agency do it but they ask you for 1'st 2nd and 3rd choices and you get what they give you.
