That is the Application for a 1970 L78 Solid lifter engine.I have this same TH400 in my Chevelle,and it was also the appication for 1970 Camaro & Nova with the L78 engine in 1970.The Torque Convertor shares the same CY trans. bolt configuration.
Look at the passenger side tag for more info on it.
The L34 Hyraulic lifter 402,used a CF coded TH400,and was different from this one.
