Default Re: '69 Camaro - mandrel bent exhaust system?

Rob,

I'm not that familiar with big Chev exhaust manifolds ..... but,

Tim Clary used the Torque-Tech Olds 4-4-2 W-30 head pipes on his LS-6 Chevelle, and they fit like a rubber. Like I say, I'm not completely sure how a Camaro manifold differs from a Chevelle, but you may wanna think about buying the Olds headpipes to the manifolds, and the rest of the system back designed for headers. That's all Torque-Tech does any way, is offer the headpipes to mate to the intermediate pipe that goes to the muffler(s). From the int. pipe back it is the same, manifolds or headers. May be worth a shot to fit it up underneath ???? If you don't cut 'em, you can always return 'em. I used the same 4-4-2 W-30 manifold headpipes on my 350 in my W-31 - - no mods necessary there either.
