Default Radiator Cap Resto

Stupid question, as no one in the Opel world seems to car about originality, but...

My original radiator cap tests at a whopping 3 psi... max.

Should be 13 psi.

Who is restoring radiator caps. M22Mike on this site, used to do them, but he is MIA (has not posted since 2021).

As you can see, it has German script on the cap. Would like to have this one restored if that is possible. Guess, I could just take the rubber seal off a newer cap and try that. After all, this isn't a "recovery" type cap. Can't imagine that the spring is the culprit.

Suggestions?
