Default IF wheels

Is there any market for these two clean sets of IF wheels? Opinions welcomed.

If I'm reading the codes correctly the black wheels are not matched dates, but all for '69 production. The red wheels I believe are earlier '69 production and may match, but some characters are buried under paint. TYIA! - Bill W
