PA residents, I need ur help

Looking for some help from any PA residents I can get. What I need help with is a lottery only available to residents of PA. The effort is minimal, probably about 15 minutes of computer time and I cover the cost from being a winner plus a kicker for the help. Shoot me a PM if ud be willing to help. Thanks much!
