Does anyone recognize this power steering coupler/ragjoint?

I have an NOS ragjoint or power steering coupler. The number on the instructions is 7828656 but I can't find any reference to that number. It looks similar to the 7828871 coupler. It's 4 ply, looks to be 13/16" and has the flat spot. I thought it was for Camaros with PS so if anyone recognizes it or has an idea of value, please let me know. Thanks,
