69 Chevelle 396-350hp drivetrain

I have a 69 Chevelle 350Hp motor complete w/ dist. but no carb. 621 Bellhousing M21 & 3:31 12bolt Posi all from the same car. Was wondering what you guys think its worth. I know its worth more apart but would like to sell it complete. Parts been sitting for a long time motor will need to be rebuilt. Thanks for any help. Bob
