1969 Camaro Chevelle 396 427 Balancer 8 inch

Special High Perf balancer for 1969, dated I 8 F, dated September 1968, rubber in good shape, no grooves in the snout, I chased the three pulley holes, two are perfect, one has lost a small bit of threads as shown in the 4th pic.
