I, too, worked at a Sunoco The summer of '78. I was 17. It was a magical time. Pumped a lot of 260 as well. I also worked at a Firestone tire store that same summer. I would work the day at F-stone, then go and work the evening shift and close the Sunoco station. Changed a lot of those radial 500s that separated and the steel came out. The proceeds of that summer went to a kick butt home stereo and my first V8 car- 1967 SS396 Chevelle 4speed. Marina blue with blue bucket interior, Cragar s all around. I absolutely loved that car. Had some great times in it. My folks were so peed off.
