I recommend Coach USA (big bus). It costs $25 and will take about an hour. They have one quick stop with a bus change, but that is no big deal. A cab will cost about $60 and will take slightly less time, but will deliver you to your hotel or the Convention Center. Coach USA will deliver you to the airport transportation center at OHare. That is also where you can pick up your hotel shuttle. Check the Coach USA schedule on-line, they only operate once per hour.

If you are feeling adventurous, you can take the Orange line train from Midway and connect to the Blue line at Clark and Lake over to O'hare. If the weather is nice, you can get off at the stop for Rosemount and walk 1/4 mile to the Hotels. That will cost a couple of bucks. The train takes about 1 1/2 hours with all the stops.
