I know it looks obviously messed up and put together from a swap meet of parts, but is there any chance a Canadian car was built that way? I have seen those unique '66 Malibu SS Canadian cars that differ from standard US '66 SS 396's.
I guess I tend to not assume much of anything in this hobby anymore, but first reaction to this is a WTF moment.
