sbc cam info

I knew there was a cam change in my 69 z28 so I have the engine out and heres what we found. Its stamped on the end 7141 and below that is B171 with an M with a big c around it. Also has a paint stripe in a circle, maybe white or tan around the end. I read where the 7141 could be a 140 off road cam. The bearings are dated 9/71 on the crank. Anyone have ideas? Didn't measure it yet.
