Have to wonder........
Attached is the official "Used Sellers Information Kit" you can purchase for $20 from the M.T.O. (Ministry of Transportation of Ontario) for any car that is currently for sale or that was sold in Ontario Canada. The M.T.O. is the equivelant of the D.O.T. in the U.S.A. What is so strange is the history on this COPO Camaro....or should I say the lack of history. First of all, notice the very obvious shortage of documented owners for this car. The Used Vehicle Information Package tracks all the previous owners of ALL vehicles back to the early 70's on all cars (if old enough). It sure is strange that the history on this car ONLY goes back to May of 2003. Where are the previous owners names? Did this car appear out of thin air? I am sure that Matt Langford (Collectible Autos in Hamilton Ontario) and Dave Matina who both happen to be the two "original" owners as per the MTO documentation can shed some light on this? It gets even more interesting. Now look at who purchased the car from Matt and Dave. Richard English of Camaro Heaven. I am 100% confident that Richard surely knows the answer to the questions raised here. Please keep in mind that there HAD to be an owner or owners before Matt and Dave acquired the car? I just hate to think what would happen if........ Regards |
