Question on Baldwin Motion "Phases"

Could someone explain to me what was included in the Phase 1 package, and what was added to that in the Phase 2, and what was added to the Phase 2 in the Phase 3 package, and so on? As the packages progressed they got more and more serious performance-wise, right? Thanks for your time, Dan
