It's now all the way back in. That driver's side header was, in fact, a royal pain. As was getting the engine and transmission married back up. Dad hasn't done this in over 25 years (He put the 400 in his Firebird. Other than putting a 305 in his 79 Caprice when he was like 18 or 19, I don't think he's done it any other times) and I never have.
