I would still do paint, chrome and emblems and some Day 2 stuff to it.
If you take your time you can do a real nice "rattle can" detail under the hood, wheel wells, frame etc. Car will present it self very well and will also really run good.
Would never do a frame off, just a good clean up if you know what I mean.
