Darcy, it is Argent, but it is not a gloss. It's more satin/flat. Remember this was laquer in the day, sprayed on plastic. I'm not sure if it was flattened, or the laquer was absorbed by the plastic, and not buffed. With bc/cc you'll probably want to knock the shine off with a mat clear, or use a single stage flattened.
