FRED GIBB sponsored Dick Harrell. Not the other way around.
The bottom line is Ms.Harrell HAS NO ties to my car PERIOD.
Now if she has me sign a lic agreement, now she is tied to the car. Anybody can put Dick Harrell on any car they want & if they wreck it, the 3rd party can't bring her in to the law suit!! B.S. She can't police the world. If somebody put the name on their car & she knows nothing about it, how can she be liable?? I am done!!
