O stampng on 1968 Z28 valve covers

I am looking of what are suppose to be 68 Z28 valve covers. What side is the O stamped from on these covers. I forget and can not get into see my Z to have a look. Is it stamped from the inside or from the outside lip. Thanks

pretty sure there from the outside/top of the cover.

sent you some pics of originals to compare with.
