The depth perception of the pic is deceiving to look at, like an M.C. Escher drawing, but the Bronco is sitting on the ground and not on the trailer. It would be the push vehicle for the rail dragster we can't see behind the modified bronco bed enclosed at the front and made into a storage compartment for support equipment for the rail.
There could be pics of a Wright Bros. rail dragster somewhere on the www.
