This may be the longest shop build ever. Progress is being made. The water line and sewer have finally been run and I was able to get the ground leveled and my parking lot finished. The outside is pretty much done now. It looks a lot better now that the dirt piles have been leveled. Security cameras and outdoor lights are installed. I've got a guy finishing the drywall and hopefully I will get some paint in the rooms soon.

It does feel good to see the outside pretty much finished. If I could just get the ceiling done in the shop I could start moving all of my stuff in. It's going to take at least 2 people to get the ceiling done, and I haven't been able to get the help that I need to finish it.

Snow and ice slid off of the roof and damaged my gutters, furnace vent pipe and crushed the top of my HVAC unit. I hope this doesn't happen every time we get a winter storm like this.

You may have to get a snow rake and remove some. I do that in my house.
Beautiful shop

There is PCs you can put on, my buddy has them on his steel roof to stop the toboggan runs.
