The car that Don Yenko drove at the drag strip was Ed's Daytona Yellow race car.

Ed tells the story that Don flew into Altoona Raceway and landed on the drag strip to meet up with Ed and watch him race that day.

Don first rode in the Yenko with Ed driving then Don took it for a run.
