Thinking of doing the Factory nose stripe in white ? but without the front bumper I'm thinking the stripe may look out of place ? since these feature pics were taken a few years ago , I have replaced the hood with a period glass L88 hood, May put the Torq Thrust back on too ?

Seen a few 67s with the nose stripe and no front bumper, looks good to me.

Jeff, great feature, love the 67 and so glad we've been able to catch up @ Corvettes at Carlisle over some beers last few years!

Great looking car. Did you have any issues with the 7.75x15's rubbing?

If you are familiar with the 67 show car "The Californian", the bumper was removed and the stripe was painted completely around the nose. Awesome look, but it requires shrinking the lower valance openings to make it look the best I think. Otherwise the openings break up the stripe. Might be ok too, but I haven't seen one painted like that.

Love the car love the feature. Only thing I’d change is hide or change out some of the non period correct stuff but that is just me.

It’s still an awesome car. Would be next level w some square lakewoods and an old school magnetic pic up/ or unilite distributor ignition box / rev limiter. Didnt read the text of it yet, but cool car love the color and the hood scoop.
