Hi Gang,
I have a nice and extremely original pair of 69 Z28 AIR / smog exhaust manifolds available here. The 3942527 is dated H 5 8 / H58 = August 5, 1968 the 3946826 is dated H 12 8 / H128 = August 12, 1968 and has very minor grinder? marks on it as shown in the photos. It also has the riser / spacer included. Both have the original studs and nuts on them with no issues evident. Smog holes / bores / threads are good. There was some sandblasting started on them, as evidenced by the darker color on one in the first photos, but these are certainly a born together and assembly line pair, IMHO. Not much more to say about these CA California pieces - they are free of the crazy pitting found on cars from other areas of the country. Casting numbers are legible. Take a look at the many, many photos below; they are the full description. Hard to find and very early 1969 model year dates, these... None of this stuff is getting any easier to find, again, my opinion. Your super car deserves original parts - it's the details man... Cheers Friends, Anthony |
