That's too bad. Too many people are just to money hungry these days and everything or everybody is paying the price. I don't care who you are or what you do, were ALL affected in a negative way by the BJ auction being on national TV. I don't mean to piss people off, but now everyone is looking and trying to make a buck. Our community as a whole has suffered due to this. And us "car guys" that actually have a passion for these cars can not, in good conscience, save a car like this that needs everything.
Too bad. This would have been a nice car to save and drive. My FIRST car was a 1968 GTX convert. 440 4 sp Dana 4.10 car. Black with black top and red interior. Something like this would have fit the bill to bring me back to when I was 16 but in a Chev. But being too "upside/down" on a resto and the cost to bring this back just doesn't spending the $$$ on a build like this for ME. Others might feel different or have the extra $$$ not to care. Either way I hope it does get saved but for the $$$ the seller is looking for, I just don't see it happening.
