I'm FRom the chevelle site and i'm looking for a original usa-1 plate for my 68 chevelle. I'm looking for one with the gold letters. I don't care which saying it has on the bottom.

I've got one I bought years ago as a original, how can you tell repro vs original? I'd sell mine, just gotta make sure it's real

Start with the mounting holes. Generally, if the holes look like this, you're on the right track. If the holes are an inch long, it's a reproduction.
