Made for an easy nite at work for me, I just told the ops center to forget about calling me, I'm not going anywhere and went to bed. I'm not fooling around with that stuff, maybe back when I was flying with the USCG, but not now.

We almost got caught in a hellacious hail storm, luckily I found a car wash canopy to park under until it blew over, Claire's car did not get damaged. But the claims are rolling in to us at work.

I was outside and started taking pictures of the weird clouds as I hadn't seen anything like them ...











then I heard some weird popping / slapping noises the roofers working on the house behind us started swearing and I ran inside to get my camera to record it:
