That is a great car! And the best part is you let the Iowan do it in Day-2! That is a real nice car! I bet it looks killer in person!

Very Nice car, I hope you put Hurst guts under that Muncie handle. That sucka will produce more foul language than a bad dentist. Good luck with it and if you get down to Long Island, give me a holler. SULLY

i know ken and his crew put in some late nights and long days devoted to the hugger nova and i believe it shows ken's goal has always been to elevate the quality of their restorations on each new project regarding the muncie linkage ken does have the option of going to the modified hurst set-up with the muncie handle, so we are good to go either way.

thx, alan

Of all the cars in Alan's massive collection this is my favorite. Ken does some of the best work that I have seen and this car is very special.

Very nice car and as usual a very nice resto job. That car could have the complete Hurst Competition Plus set up because it is Day-2. Not sure why anybody would run the original handle with Competition Plus linkage in that car. I have the original Muncie and linkage stored on the shelf for my nova. Those shifters actually were changed before the poverty caps were discarded in the old days. Maybe the first weekend the new owner had the car, just so he could drive it! Good luck with the sale. The new owner will be real happy I bet!

The headers always came first then the turbo mufflers and the tach attached to the steering column. I actually tried to live with an original Muncie shifter in high school and that resulted in those little dimples in the quarter panel when the hammer would be loose in the trunk. There was nothing like being out on a date and having your date pull on the shifter handle in the car while I was under the car beating on the shifter rods to get the car in reverse so I could leave the parking lot after a nice meal. Yeah that was the life.
