Default 112 in the shade

With over a year of time and money invested in my Z28 project I think I picked the wrong weekend to mate the body to the subframe and rear-end, it was a 112 in the shade and 117 on my truck thermometer. To make this project even more rewarding the shop where the body is has no A/C just a portable evap cooler, so we put the car in the paint booth and pointed the cooler in that direction. The fun started Friday evening when I was loading the subframe in my old trailer, it was 108 and we were having one of our world famous summer dust storms, so fun. Well enough complaining, six bottles of water and four gatorades later I had it done, it was worth every minute of it and hopefully I'll have it done in time for cooler weather.

The Z looks great ! Be careful in that heat, we got a break this weekend, 83 degrees and low humidity and a breeze to boot .

Mike...looking great! I have been wondering what's been happening with you.

Thanks Steve. I have been watching your progress and love the car; a T/A with A/C very nice. Also, I think your helpers are a lot better looking than the ones I had, will they travel to AZ and help me hang some doors?
