Default Lakewood scatter shield plate

I have a what I believe to be a vintage Lakewood scatter shield plate and would like to determine approx year. The box was deteriorated many years ago. So Im unable to get the part number. If it helps the packaged bolts are marked 638 and marked UNC 3 F. Not the 68-69 LE markings. Any help is appreciated.

I believe the Lakewoods from the late 60s would have a louvered block plate rather than the three circular holes. I have one that looks identical and received its original purchase receipt when I bought it, dated 1982.

Thanks for the info. I bought this a while back with some mid 60s SBC stuff and assumed it was the same.
I questioned it when I seen an older post about 68-69 having the LE bolts. Glad I ask.
Appreciate the help.
