Default 1971 RS Z28 For Sale

I have for sale a 42,000 mile, 3-owner, all local, very well documented, Z28. The car is equipped with the following options: FA01AA Soft-Ray tinted glass; FM22AC special 4-speed transmission; FNK4AD sport steering wheel; FZ22AB Rally Sport equipment; FZ28AB special performance equipment; F775AA black vinyl interior; F919AA 19-19 Tuxedo Black paint. The paint is all original except for a minor scrape in the passenger lower door that was repaired recently. The engine, transmission, and rearend are all the original components, each stamped with the VIN number. The car is in overall excellent condition with a freshly installed Gardner exhaust with OE chrome tail pipes. The only items that are currently missing are part of the air injection pump, and the original AM/FM radio. The paint is in excellent condition, but does have the normal lacquer checking associated with cars of the era. It runs extremely strong, and is well documented with a mint condition body broadcast sheet, original window sticker, and complete owner history. If there is any interest, I will post photos on this website, or email them to a serious buyer. Because of the rarity in color, options, and low mileage, the asking price is $41,500. Please contact me by email at [email protected] or [email protected]. Phone numbers: (203)788-1745 (cell); or (860) 354-4461 (office). Thank you for the ad. Regards -- Frank

Is the motor original and has it been out of the car. The orange looks new, while the other components look non new, if you know what I mean?

The motor is original, never out of car. I just installed the exhaust and replaced the hoses and felt a quick touch up was in order. I now wish i left it alone! regards frank.
