Thanks Darren,
I bought a smog pump/pulley/divertor valve off ebay recently.
The seller had it listed incorrectly as possibly being frome a LT-1 deuce.
The date on the pump was given to me as 98th day of 1968 so I new that wasn't right.
It turns out it was the 298th day as the gang stamp must have been driven more to one side than the other & the 2 was hard to make out. no big deal, I thought that date would be a '69 model as it's around Oct. 25th of '68.
The divertor valve is stamped 29199.
Can anyone decode that number?
Thanks to all

I show it as fitting 68 Chevy II, Camaro (396) (exc. Sp. H/Per., C.A.C.) which means L34 not L78.
