is it a two peice intake?? Get all the numbers off the intake and any pics and I might be able to help. Was this the one on Ebay for sale by any chance for late model crossfire vettes/Camaros???

I have got 2 of them. One on my 82 Z28 4 Disk IPC, The other is a display item mounted on a stand. The 82 305 Version was known as the LU-5. Looks Mean with the lid off but packs little punch. I think The fastest GM version of this unit was the reworked CFI for the 250 HP 350 82 IPC that actually set the pace at the 82 500 race. a Couple of years ago I actually drove that car. It ran very well.

I've seen that 82 pace car, it had an aluminum block as I recall.

The runners on the crossfire manifold were too small due to the EGR being added. And there isn't sufficient material to really enlarge the ports to make the manifold work much better. Cool idea to run 2 TBI units on it, but very limited.
