67 Yenko Camaro question?
Did these cars have a Red 427 emblem on the back spoiler. If so was it the same one used on the 67 Impala SS 427? Not many COPO Camaros at yesterdays Super Chevy show in Chicago!

hmmm, black, red interior, looks like ys 713, but a 1983 pic, if that car was never restored then I can hear the drills now, no ones got 427 in the spoiler or yenko badges in tail for that matter, can't make out badge on side under camaro emblem is it a v flag or another yenko emblem, could be a very important pic for 67 owners if unrestored in 83...

That is a pic of jim parks former yenko. And i doubt that was 20yrs ago. If i remember correct, that style of plate doesn't go back 20 yrs. Roger

The black 67 Yenko was bought by Jim Parks in the early 80's I think. It was not really a restored car. Jim says the emblem was on it when he got it. When he repainted it he left it on . It is still on it today.

There was an article in super chevy, or hot rod? It showed pics of it in the body shop and told about the car. If i remember it was the mid eighties. It was owned by a mazda dealership owner. Ad went in the paper on sunday, I went in first thing monday and was sold. No car sales on sundays at dealerships in wisconsin.
