Sorry but my old eyes won’t let me make out the block numbers from Rick’s report. Does the car retain its original engine? The report is all a blur on my device.

Very difficult car to inspect being a Flint car. VIN stamp was on the engine to bellhousing flange and up high which I have seen before. I spent MANY hours researching this car and Flint stampings upon my return and to the best of my knowledge, experience and research, found the car to be as described. Great color combination albeit strange to have buckets and a column shift. Inspections normally take 6-8 hours on site, this one was 2 days plus 2 more upon my return.
