Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes.
I had an amazing birthday yesterday, thank to my wife Lynn and daughter Holly! We went to downtown Phoenix at a facility that (at most) seats 500 people-to see Donnie Vie/Alex Kane/Josh Decker(a local guy whose really good) (from Enuff Z'Nuff) who was just inducted into the Illinois rock and roll hall of fame last week and Zebra, the band. Zebra is known for the hits Tell Me What You Want, One More Chance and Who's behind the door (Among others). The lead singer is Randy Jackson, who has also performed with the Phoenix Philharmonic doing Led Zeppelin music. Anyways, we were able to meet and talk with both bands before and after the show . We had front row seating and were less than a foot fro0m the stage Randy walked over to Holly and gave her a pick that he used on Who's Behind the door-once he was done with the song. Enjoy the pics! Left to right Felix Hannemann (Bass/vocals/synth/keyboards) Guy Gelso (drums), Holly and Randy Jackson (Vocals/Lead guitar) Josh Decker (hired gun for Donnie Vie for the shows with Zebra-a friend of ours who lives in Phoenix. He also plays guitar for Black Oak Arkansas) Josh Decker/Donnie Vie/Alex Kane doing Enuff Z'Nuff music Holly, Donnie and Josh Randy Jackson playing guitar The Zebra band! Felix Hannemann grooving on the bass! And Randy after the show chilling with Lynn !

Yeah, this was cool  Randy walked up to Holly, bent over the edge of the stage and handed her the pick that he used on the Who's Behind the Door medley that was almost 11 minutes long and played on a 12 string acoustic. He's an amazingly nice guy! We also got two more picks Yep, Holly rocks! And we got the set list from Donnie Vie's performance.
