1969 1970 Chevrolet big block original survivor 396 427 chrome valve covers
Hi Gang, super rare treat here.
Mostly because of their condition! These are original GM assembly line flash chrome big block valve covers off of a very original 396. They are dusty and dirty, and I've decided to leave them that way for photos, because if I wiped them down they might look like repops; which these are definitely not. I want to leave the thrill of wiping these off completely to the buyer... Not a easy pair to fine, never mind in this condition. See the photos. Lots attached to give a full picture. There is the little wire loom tang that is broken off, I'm sure that this could be repaired, but these are what they are and speak for themselves; take a look at the photos below again. These will clean up GREAT. They're not perfect, they're 55 years old and have some bends or warps in the mounting flange from being pried on maybe, but they are certainly worthy of a very original car. And there's marks from the bolt hold downs as shown... These are gems IMHO. Hard to find, for that special car. 350.00 Thanks, Anthony Last edited by AnthonyS; 06-14-2024 at 02:22 PM. For 69 Camaro, the left cover wire stand should be located before the back securing bolt. The pic shown has it after and might be for Chevelle.

Hah! Okay, after a few PMs, I pronounce that these are Chevrolet big block valve covers.
They are still very nice, and genuine as leather. Feel free to confirm application and or make an offer. Cheers friends! Anthony Last edited by AnthonyS; 06-13-2024 at 12:27 AM. Reason: Typo |

Anthony, These are for 1969 Chevelle & Corvette, the wire clip that is broken off is for the temperature sending wire.
