Default 1982 Pontiac Grand Prix "Granny's Pacemaker"

Havent posted much since I sold my 67 Chevelle back in 2019. Have been working on this 1 family owned 82 Grand Prix in hopes of making it into one heck of a sleeper. We swapped out the old 3.8 V6 for a 5.3 LS re worked the heads and added a BTR Satge 2 cam. TH400 w/ a customer built Hughes 3500 stall converter. Quick Performance 9 inch out back w/ 35 spline axles, Tru Trac and 3.50 gears. QA1 rear suspension. Holley Engine and trans mounts, Hooker LS Manifolds, Holley Sniper Tank and Holley Terminator X system. 15x8 rear wheels with Drag Radials with white wall decals from tirestickers.com

We got the car finished this summer and ran Hot Rod Drag Week. We completed the week with a car that had less than 20 miles on it prior to the event with limit issues or problems. This winter we are adding a Borg Warner 75/96 Turbo along with some bottom end work. End goal is to have a very quick and street-able 10 second car (I know that prob will change once we hit that number and we will end up going fast)

...and I thought I was bad taking the time to make up B F Goodrich Radial T/A stencils to paint on slicks to hide a street sleeper.

That's great! Love the stealthy grandma look. Please keep us posted on the progress.
