Anyone know the history of this car? It looks like the right side fender and door has a different color. Was this car hit at some point? Drag car? It also looks like it's had a chassis restoration. Why would a ultra low mileage car have the chassis restored? I don't know if this is true but I heard the car was clear coated. This car has been for sale for quite a long time. Seems that it should have sold already. Just curious.

If so,it has been passed around many, many times since then and discussed here.https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=99824 I'm very familiar with it's past and was recently restored too. Last I saw John H. sold it @ auction to Canada I believe. |

----That BJ description is absolutely false when it says 85% original paint. Don't get me wrong, I still like Ricks and my old car, but it has been repainted at least 3 times if I am remembering correctly. Wish I knew then what I know now as I would have had it restored by Vic and kept it. Car was brutally fast.......Bill S

so why does this hurt it's value. alot of cars had wisky licks, damaged back then. If it was fixed right and with NOS parts no issue. Every car has a history, why lie and say original paint and unrestored. Just because it has low miles, does not mean it was kept in a bubble and should look showroom fresh.
