Got my NCRS shipping paper Friday, Zone-14 Code-475 Arlington, Virginia. Rosenthal Chevrolet Co. Anybody have any dealership things they would part with? Any one remember a forest green on green, no stripes, 4 speed LS6, Dual Snorkel ? Bought 30 years ago from a guy from Pa. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/

I remember a car like that at my high school circa 1980. I went to school about 15 miles from Rosenthal Chev. in VA. There were a couple of LS-6 cars, plus a few 69 Z's and SS 396 cars. Back then they were just 10-year old cars, so that is what we could afford. I recall lots of 69 Z-28's for $1,800 to $2,200 back then when I was looking to buy my first car as a 17 year old.

I live locally and could snoop around for some memorabilia if you'd like.

They closed the Chevrolet business but you can google Rosenthal Automotive Group and find their automotive group. Seems they still deal in everything BUT GM, Chrysler and Ford.

If you were in the VA-MD-DC area then it was typically Capitol Dragway, 75-80, and MIR (Maryland International Raceway) plus an 1/8 mile track in Manassas VA. That's all I remember off the top of my head. A lot of street racing back then at some of the industrial parks.
