2011 Woodward Dream Cruise Aug 20th

The 2011 Woodward dream cruise is little over a week away. Its the worlds largest 1 day automotive cruise in the world. Any Michigan SYC members or any SYC members from around the country bringing their cars up for the cruise? I know its the same weekend as Flints Back to the Bricks show. I will be out cruising starting this Friday and all the way up to cruise day Saturday the 20th. Each city along the cruise route has events going on during the week leading up the the cruise.

BERKLEY

FRIDAY, AUGUST 19

6 PM – 9 PM: Kid’s Inflatable Games (North side of 12 Mile between Tyler and Gardner Streets)

6:30 PM: Classic Car Parade (Staging at Roseland Park Cemetery begins at 5:30 PM. Cemetery is located at 12 Mile and Woodward. Pre-Registration of vehicles required.

7:30 PM – 9 PM: Tri-Community Coalition Street Dance (on Griffith north of 12 Mile).

7:30 PM – 11 PM: Live Music on 12 Mile Road at Robina Avenue

All Day: Sidewalk sales throughout the Berkley business district.

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP

SATURDAY, AUGUST 20

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM: Bloomfield Township Classic Car Show. Tunes from the 60s, food, bleacher seating, portable toilets
