They look like 1968-1972 Chevelle weld on NMW bars.

I don't think they are weld on. They have holes to mount them with U-bolts around the axles. I'm confuesed on what the flat pieces coming off the sides are for. They measure 26" long from center of the axle tube to center of the front busing making them too short for a Chevelle but perfect for my 1968 Biscayne
