----I like this 66. Very original interior and engine compartment is basicly good. At 1st I thought it was a restamp as the serial # and engine # appear to be inverted to me. Then I looked up 66 engine pads on Google and see others the same way, as well as the way I have always thought was correct. What do the rest of us Corvette wonks think???....Bill S

I would not repaint this car back to white. They painted Janis Joplin’s Porsche back to its factory color and I think her sister and family repainted it back to the awesome flower power paint scheme that Janis had.

I have one other L72 with the same build date in my files and it is a layover for this stamp.
Either way, they need to post a better picture of the pad.
