Vintage Supplier/Misc Advertisements
I have been adding advertisement threads to forums, Ford, Mopar, Olds, Motion. The hope is our members will post vintage advertisements. I am making the thread a sticky so it stays at the top and easy to find. Some of the ads from back in the day are quite hilarious, and provocative!
Lynn is one of our esteemed members and most likely the only on the site that owns a Buick /Opel. I was going to post this ad in the Buick forum but felt this may be a better location. Just teasing Lynn a bit

All I see is a high performance blonde... or is that high maintenance ..
Those GT's are cool cars, but they all turned to dust within 10 years around here from the salt.

Advertisement Stick Threads
Lee Stewart, I moved your Camaro advertisement pics to the Chevrolet Forum. The goal is to place any new advertisement in the appropriate forum. Sorry for the confusion. I placed the Opel in the Lounge forum because although kool it doesn't fit in a specific make forum. Also, my intent was to notify members of the new feature.

You got that right. I was very lucky to find a local car that was removed from service after only 3 years on the road and stored indoors since. The only rust I had to repair was on the belly pan, right under where the battery used to reside.

Some of you may know the answer to this......when did Hurst change from the big block letters to the smaller version we still see today? This dual frame ad made me think that it may have been when the round bar phased out, and they combined the designs of the flat bar with the smaller letters????
