Default Super Saturday! High Street Cars N Coffee and Pavilions Rock N Roll Car Show 11/9/24

My day started when I woke up at 3:45 AM. Since there are many road construction projects going on here in the valley, I had to leave a bit early to travel on some side streets to arrive at High Street on time. As it turns out, I arrived first.

High Street was moved to the second week of the month just for November. There was a salsa festival there last weekend. Coupled with two veterans day shows held nearby, attendance was a bit down at C&C. However, the 911 people came out in impressive force. Lucky for those that don't like photos of them, many were parked entirely too close for my liking to shoot. I have standards.

I'll start off with High Street.

Headed over to Pavilions Rock N Roll Car Show immediately after High Street. We all knew a show management change was coming, and this was the first day of it. We met the new managers who work for Arizona Events Group. So far, it all seems great. The regulars have watched an increase in shenanigans and things getting out of hand latter in the evening. They promise to control all of that. Some of their changes that will be introduced are quite lofty, so I hope they are successful.

---As always, the pics are just great!. I would be remiss if I didn't bring up your 66 Caprice. I'm sure it is the only 66 I have ever seen with the gauge package below the dash but no console. Has to be rare, and then with all the other options. Really nice ride, Rick!....Bill S

Thanks Bill. The gauges are a "what if". Lots of thought and trial & error went into installing those.
