Default Our old house is up for sale in SoCal

Hi Friends,

We moved earlier this month to the next town over and we just put up our old house for sale if you, or anyone you know is interested in moving to Upland, Southern California.

Here's a link to it on Zillow:

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3...17565952_zpid/

Cheers everyone!
Anthony

I have never understood why listings don’t show the garage. It’s a big part of a house! Though I suppose we here are biased.

^ we are in the minority.

Also, I was serious that I haven’t emptied it yet; so, it’s off limits still and photos omitted from the listing by my direction…

I'm hoping that if if I ever sell my house, the garage will be the 1st pic!

That's a very nice place, Anthony, it should sell fairly quickly.

Our attached garage is a slightly oversize 2 car. It is insulated and finished, but outdated for today's "needs" of a 3 car. Now the 25X45 heated and air conditioned shop next to the house will be a draw for a car guy.
And then there is the 32X48 shed in the back yard...
